Advantage Directional Drilling Inc. is a family-owned horizontal directional drilling company. Our owner brings over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, and we've been drilling under his name since 2004.
In the years since, we've built a reputation across California for being professional, prompt, and delivering quality performance on every utility install we touch — residential, commercial, public works, rail and beyond.
We are not a turnkey company. We are strictly a drill and pull company, and that focus is exactly why our crews are this fast and this clean.

Process
Four moves from kickoff to pullback.
As a drill-and-pull specialist, we own the bore from pilot to pullback — and hand the rest of the project back to your GC clean.

Site Walk & Scope
We meet at the site, review prints, flag conflicts, and define entry / exit, depth, and product pipe specs.
- 02
Pilot Bore
A guided pilot hole is steered along the planned profile while a locator tracks pitch, depth, and azimuth.
- 03
Reaming & Fusion
The bore is enlarged in stages with the right cutter for the formation while we fuse product pipe on-site.
- 04
Pullback
The fused product pipe is pulled into the reamed bore in one continuous motion. Drill & pull complete.
